Overview

Jacobs, icelandic ram, and rocky mountain sheep are strong bodied, and heavy woolen coated members of the sheep family. They often have massive symmetrically curled horns that make a fine trophy. These are excellent cold weather animals. Hunting them in extreme temperatures and conditions is the best time for their heaviest and thickest coat.
